La Federazione Internazionale Una Voce (FIUV), fondata nel 1965, riunisce associazioni di fedeli laici che aderiscono alla forma straordinaria del rito romano (la Messa tradizionale in latino).
Nel 2007 il Motu proprio Summorum Pontificum ha riconosciuto la vitalità della liturgia tradizionale, la libertà dei sacerdoti di celebrarla e dei fedeli di richiederla. Questo ha portato ad un continuo aumento di celebrazioni della Messa latina antica e dei suoi frutti spirituali.
Nel corso del 2020 la FIUV ha condotto a livello mondiale una indagine rivolta ai fedeli in merito all’attuazione del Summorum Pontificum. Da questa indagine, che raccoglie i risultati di 364 diocesi in 52 paesi, abbiamo rilevato:
• La Messa latina antica è profondamente apprezzata da gruppi di fedeli di tutte le età, specialmente da famiglie con bambini, da giovani e convertiti, presenti in tutti gli ambienti sociali e culturali, in tutti i continenti e in un numero di paesi in continuo aumento.
• La maggiore dis ponibilità di que sta Messa ha favorito in molte aree la normalizzazio ne delle relazioni tra i fedeli che viaderisco no e i loro vescovi, relazioni sempre più caratterizzate da comprensione e rispetto reciproci.
Inoltre abbiamo no tato che, contra riamente alla precedente politi ca della Santa Se de, all’interno della Chiesa ancora permango no persone, compresi alcuni vescovi, che vorrebbero vedere la forma traordinaria del rito romano esplicitamente sop pressa, o almeno limitata con ulteriori restrizioni. Per questa ragione, la FIUV, in considerazione dei fedeli che aderiscono alla Messa in latino, sente il dovere di esprimere la propria opinione, incoraggiata dalle esortazioni di papa Francesco ai membri della Chiesa di usare parrhesia con l’umiltà necessaria.
La crescita d’interesse ver so la liturgia tradizionale non è dovuta alla nostalgia di un tempo che non ricordiamo, o a un desiderio di rigidità: si tratta piuttosto di aprirsi al valore di qualcosa che per la maggior parte di noi è nuovo, e ci ispira la speranza. Papa Francesco ha caratterizzato la liturgia antica in termini di “senso dell’adorazione” (Conferenza stampa del 28 luglio 2013), possiamo applicare ad essa le sue parole: una “storia viva che ci accoglie e ci spinge in avanti” (Evangelii Gaudium 13).
Oggi desideriamo soltanto far parte di quella “grande orchestra” di “unità nella varietà” che, come ha detto papa Francesco (Udienza generale del 9 ottobre 2013), riflette la vera cattolicità della Chiesa. Il Motu proprio Summorum Pontificum continua a trasformare i conflitti del passato in armonia: noi vogliamo che possa continuare a farlo.

Die 1965 gegründete Internationale Föderation Una Voce (FIUV) ist ein Zusammenschluß von Laienorganisationen, die der außerordentlichen Form des römischen Ritus (der überlieferten lateinischen Messe) verbunden sind.
Im Jahr 2007 anerkannte das Motu proprio Summorum Pontificum die Lebendigkeit der traditionellen Liturgiesowie die Freiheit der Priester, sie zu zelebrieren, und der Gläubigen, sie zu verlangen. Dies hat zu einer stetigen Zunahme der Meßfeiern im überlieferten römischen Ritusund ihrer geistlichen Früchte geführt.
Im Jahr 2020 führte die FIUV eine weltweite Umfrage unter den Gläubigen zur Umsetzung von Summorum Pontificum durch. Aus dieser Umfrage, die Ergebnisse aus 364 Diözesen in 52 Ländern umfaßt, ging Folgendeshervor:
Außerdem haben die Umfrageergebnisse bestätigt, daßes entgegen der bisherigen Politik des Heiligen Stuhls immer noch Stimmen in der Kirche gibt, darunter auch einige Bischöfe, die die außerordentliche Form des römischen Ritus explizit abgeschafft oder zumindest durchzusätzliche Beschränkungen einghegt sehen wollen. Aus diesem Grund fühlt sich die Internationale Föderation Una Voce in Anbetracht der Gläubigen, die der außerordentlichen Form des römischen Ritus verbunden sind, verpflichtet, ihre Meinung zu diesem Thema kundzutun, ermutigt durch die Ermahnungen von Papst Franziskus an die Mitglieder der Kirche, sich freimütig undmit der nötigen Demut zu äußern (vgl. Canon 212 §3).
Das wachsende Interesse an der traditionellen Liturgie ist nicht auf Nostalgie für eine Zeit zurückzuführen, an die wir uns nicht erinnern, oder auf den Wunsch nach Begrenztheit und Enge: Es geht vielmehr darum, uns für den Wert von etwas zu öffnen, das für die meisten von uns neu ist und uns mit Hoffnung erfüllt. Papst Franziskus hat der überlieferten Liturgie einen "Sinn für die Anbetung" zuerkannt (Pressekonferenz 28. Juli 2013), wir könnenauch folgende Worte auf sie anwenden: eine "lebendige Geschichte, die uns aufnimmt und uns vorantreibt"(Evangelii Gaudium 13).
Heute wollen wir lediglich Teil dieses "großen Orchesters" der "Einheit in der Vielfalt" sein, das, wie Papst Franziskus sagte (Generalaudienz vom 9. Oktober 2013), die wahre Katholizität der Kirche widerspiegelt. Das Motu proprio Summorum Pontificum bewirkt eine Verwandlung vonKonflikten der Vergangenheit in Harmonie: Wir wünschen, daß es dies auch weiterhin tun kann.

The International Federation Una Voce (FIUV), founded in 1965, brings together associations of the lay faithful attached to the Extraordinary Form of the Roman rite (the Traditional Latin Mass).
In 2007, the Apostolic Letter Summorum Pontificum recognised the vitality of the traditional liturgy, the freedom of priests to celebrate it, and of the faithful to request it. This has led to an ongoing increase in the number of celebrations of the ancient Latin Mass, and of its spiritual fruits.
During 2020 the FIUV conducted a worldwide survey of the faithful on the implementation of Summorum Pontificum. From this survey, which included results from 364 dioceses in 52 countries, we found:
•
The
ancient Latin Mass is deeply appreciated by groups of faithful of all ages,
especially families with children, young people and converts, found in all
social and cultural environments, on all continents and in an ever increasing
number of countries.
• In many areas the increased availability of this Mass has favoured the normalisation of relations between the faithful attached to it and their bishops, relations increasingly characterised by mutual understanding and respect.
Nevertheless, we have noticed that, contrary to the previous policy of the Holy See, there are still people within the Church, including some bishops, who would like to see the Extraordinary Form of the Roman rite explicitly suppressed, or subject to further restrictions. For this reason, the FIUV, in view of the faithful who adhere to the Latin Mass, feels the duty to express its opinion, encouraged by Pope Francis' exhortations to the members of the Church to use parrhesia with the necessary humility.
The growth of interest in the traditional liturgy is not due to nostalgia for a time we do not remember, or a desire for rigidity: it is rather a matter of opening ourselves to the value of something that for most of us is new, and inspires hope. Pope Francis has characterised the ancient liturgy in terms of a "sense of adoration" (Press conference of 28 July 2013), we can also apply his words to it: a "living history that welcomes us and pushes us forward" (Evangelii Gaudium 13).
Today we only wish to be part of that "great orchestra" of "unity in variety" which, as Pope Francis said (General Audience of 9 October 2013), reflects the true catholicity of the Church. The Apostolic Letter Summorum Pontificum continues to transform the conflicts of the past into harmony: long may it to continue to do so.

Internationale Una Voce (FIUV), fondée en 1965, regroupe des associations
de fidèles laïcs attachés à la Forme extraordinaire du rit romain (la Messe
traditionnelle latine).
En 2007, la Lettre apostolique Summorum Pontificum reconnaissait la
vitalité de la liturgie traditionnelle, la liberté des prêtres de la célébrer
et des fidèles de la demander. Cela a conduit à une
augmentation continue du nombre de célébrations de l'ancienne messe latine et
de ses fruits spirituels.
En 2020, la FIUV a mené une enquête
mondiale auprès des fidèles sur la mise en œuvre de Summorum Pontificum. Cette enquête, qui comprenait
les résultats de 364 diocèses dans 52 pays, nous a appris que :
• L’ancienne messe latine est
profondément appréciée par les groupes de fidèles de tous âges, en particulier
les familles avec enfants, jeunes et convertis, présents dans tous les milieux
sociaux et culturels, sur tous les continents et dans un nombre toujours
croissant de pays.
• Dans de nombreux domaines, l’offre
accrue de cette messe a favorisé la normalisation des relations entre les
fidèles qui y sont attachés et leurs évêques, relations de plus en plus
caractérisées par la compréhension et le respect mutuels.
Néanmoins, nous avons remarqué que,
contrairement à la position précédente du Saint-Siège, il y a encore des personnes
au sein de l'Église, y compris certains évêques, qui aimeraient voir la Forme
extraordinaire du rit romain clairement supprimée, ou à tout le moins soumise à
des restrictions. Pour cette raison, la FIUV, face aux fidèles qui vivent leur
foi grâce à la messe latine, se sent le devoir d'exprimer son opinion, encouragée
par les exhortations du pape François aux membres de l'Église à utiliser la « parrêsia », selon
le terme qu’il a choisi, la franchise, le « parler » juste et vrai, avec humilité.
L'intérêt croissant pour la liturgie
traditionnelle n'est nullement dû à la nostalgie d'un temps passé, ou à un quelconque
désir de rigueur, de rigidité : il s'agit plutôt de s'ouvrir à un univers
spirituel qui, pour la plupart d'entre nous, est nouveau et suscite en nous
beaucoup d’espérance. Le pape François a reconnu et rappelé lui-même que la
liturgie traditionnelle inspirait le « sens de l'adoration » (Conférence de
presse du 28 juillet 2013). Nous pourrions appliquer à notre
mission ce que le Saint-Père avait précisé dans l’Exhortation apostolique
« Evangelii Gaudi » (13), ne pas la voir « comme
un déracinement, comme un oubli de l’histoire vivante qui nous accueille et
nous pousse en avant ».
Aujourd'hui, nous souhaitons seulement
faire partie de ce « grand orchestre dans lequel il existe une grande variété »
dont parlait le Pape François dans son Audience générale du 9 octobre 2013.
Cela reflète la vraie catholicité de l'Église ! Le Motu Proprio Summorum Pontificum a pacifié harmonieusement
les conflits du passé : souhaitons que se prolonge encore longtemps son action
bénéfique !

asociaciones de fieles laicos adheridos a la Forma Extraordinaria del Rito
Romano (Misa Tradicional).
En
2007, la Carta Apostólica Summorum Pontificum reconoció la vigencia
e la liturgia tradicional, la Libertad de los de los sacerdotes para celebrarla
y de los fieles para solicitarla. Este hecho ha derivado en un continuo
incremento de las celebraciones de la antigua Misa latina de sus frutos espirituales
En
el curso del año 2020 la FIUV ha conducido a nivel mundial una encuesta entre
los fieles en relación a la implementación de Summorum Pontificum. De este
ejercicio, que incluye resultados de 364 diócesis en 52 países, encontramos:
• La Misa Latina Antigua es profundamente apreciada
por grupos de fieles de todas las edades, especialmente familias con niños,
gente joven y conversos, quienes se encuentran en todos los ambientes sociales
y culturales, en todos los continentes y en un número cada vez mayor de países.
•
La mayor disponibilidad de la esta Misa ha favorecido en muchos lugares, la
normalización de la relación entre los fieles que se han adherido a ella y sus
obispos; relaciones que cada vez más caracterizadas por la comprensión y el respeto
recíproco.
Sin
embargo, hemos constatado que contrario a las políticas previas de la Santa
Sede al interior de la iglesia aún permanecen personas, incluyendo algunos
obispos, que desearían ver a la Forma Extraordinaria del Rito Romano
explícitamente suprimido o sujeto a mayores restricciones. Por esta razón, la
FIUV en consideración a los fieles adheridos a la Misa Tradicional, siente el
deber de expresar su opinión, animada por la exhortación del Papa Francisco a
los miembros de la Iglesia, para actuar con parrhesia y la humildad
necesaria.
El
incremento en el interés de la liturgia tradicional no se debe a la nostalgia
por un tiempo que no recordamos o a un deseo de rigidez: se trata en realidad
de abrirnos al valor de algo que para la mayoría de nosotros es nuevo y es
fuente de Esperanza. El Papa Francisco ha caracterizado a la liturgia antigua
en términos del “Sentido de adoración” (Conferencia de prensa del 28 de Julio
2013), podemos así mismo aplicar sus palabras: una “historia viva que nos acoge
y nos anima hacia adelante” (Evangelii Gaudium 13).
Hoy
deseamos formar parte de esta “gran orquesta” de “unidad en la variedad” que,
como el papa Francisco ha dicho, refleja la verdadera catolicidad de la Iglesia
(Audiencia General del 9 de Octubre 2013). La Carta Apostólica Summorum
Pontificum continúa transformando los conflictos del pasado en armonía:
deseamos que pueda continuar haciéndolo.

экстраординарная форма Римского обряда
Международная Федерация Una Voce (FIUV), основанная в 1965 году, объединяет ассоциации верных мирян, приверженных экстраординарной форме Римского обряда (традиционной латинской Мессе).
В 2007 году в motu proprio "Summorum Pontificum" была признаны жизнеспособность традиционной литургии, право священников свободно служить ее и право верующих просить о ней. Следствием этого стал непрерывный рост числа Месс по традиционному латинскому обряду, а равно и духовных плодов, которые она приносит.
В течение 2020 года FIUV провела по всему миру опрос верных относительно применения "Summorum Pontificum". Из этого опроса, охватившего 364 епархии в 52 странах, мы узнали, что:
• Древняя латинская Месса глубоко ценится группами верных всех возрастов, а особенно - семьями с детьми, молодежью и новообращенными, людьми всех социальных и культурных кругов, на всех континентах и во всё возрастающем числе стран.
• Во многих местах широкий доступ к этой литургии содействует нормализации отношений между приверженными ей верными и их епископами; эти отношения теперь все чаще характеризуются взаимопониманием и уважением.
Несмотря на это, мы заметили, что - вопреки предшествующей политике Святого Престола - в Церкви всё еще есть люди (в том числе некоторые из епископов), которым явно хотелось бы запретить экстраординарную форму Римского обряда или наложить на нее дополнительные ограничения. Поэтому, имея в виду благо верных, имеющих привязанность к латинской Мессе, FIUV, вдохновляясь призывом Папы Франциска к членам Церкви прибегать с должным смирением к парресии [parrhesia (с греч.) - откровенная правдивая речь, обращенная к вышестоящим и являющаяся как правом, так и обязанностью, направленной на общее благо. - прим. ред. перевода], видит своим долгом выразить свое мнение.
Интерес к традиционной литургии растет не благодаря ностальгии по временам, которых мы не помним, или стремлению к жесткости: подлинная причина - в том, чтобы открыть себя навстречу ценности того, что для большинства из нас является новым и приносит надежду. Папа Франциск охарактеризовал древнюю литургию с точки зрения "чувства поклонения" (пресс-конференция 28 июля 2013 г.), мы можем также применить к ней его слова: это "живая история, принимающая нас и подталкивающая вперед" (Evangelii gaudium, 13).

Żyjąc wiarą, żyjąc przyszłością – nadzwyczajna forma rytu rzymskiego
Oświadczenie Międzynarodowej Federacji Una Voce
Międzynarodowa Federacja Una Voce (FIUV) została założona w 1965 roku i skupia organizacje wiernych przywiązanych do nadzwyczajnej formy rytu rzymskiego (tzw. mszy trydenckiej).
W 2007 roku list apostolski Summorum Pontificum uznał żywotność tradycyjnej liturgii, swobodę kapłanów w jej sprawowaniu oraz wiernych w dostępie do niej. Doprowadziło to do stałego wzrostu liczby celebracji starożytnej liturgii łacińskiej oraz pomnożenia jej duchowych owoców.
W 2020 roku Federacja wysłała do wiernych z 364 diecezji w 52 krajach na całym świecie ankietę. Pytania dotyczyły kwestii wdrażania Summorum Pontificum. Oto jej wyniki:
• Do tradycyjnej liturgii głęboko przywiązani są wierni ze wszystkich grup wiekowych; szczególnie zaś rodziny z dziećmi, ludzie młodzi oraz konwertyci. Tradycyjna liturgia jest obecna we wszystkich kręgach społecznych czy kulturowych i jest sprawowana na każdym kontynencie, a liczba krajów z dostępem do niej stale rośnie.
• W wielu aspektach ułatwiona dostępność tej mszy przyczyniła się do normalizacji stosunków pomiędzy wiernymi do niej przywiązanymi a lokalnym biskupem. Relacje te zaczęły cechować wzajemne zrozumienie i szacunek.
Zauważyliśmy jednak, że pomimo niedawnej polityki prowadzonej przez Stolicę Apostolską, w Kościele wciąż są obecni ludzie – w tym niektórzy biskupi – którzy woleliby, ażeby nadzwyczajna forma rytu rzymskiego została zupełnie zakazana lub poddana dalszym ograniczeniom. Czujemy się zobowiązaniwobec wiernych przywiązanych do tradycyjnej liturgii i dlatego Federacja – zachęcona przez Papieża Franciszka, który wzywa członków Kościoła do pokornej parrhesia – pragnie wyrazić swoją opinię.
Wzrost zainteresowania tradycyjną liturgią nie wynika bynajmniej z dążenia do sztywności lub nostalgii za czasami, których nie pamiętamy. Jest on raczej powodowany kwestią otwarcia na wartość, którą niesie coś, co dla większości z nas jest nowością i źródłem nadziei. Papież Franciszek w kontekście starożytnej liturgii mówił o „poczuciu adoracji” (konferencja prasowa, 28 lipca 2013 r.). Do starożytnej liturgii możemy również odnieść inne słowa Ojca Świętego o „żywej historii, dzięki której jesteśmy i się rozwijamy” (Evangelii Gaudium 13).
Dzisiaj jedynie pragniemy być częścią tej „wielkiej orkiestry, w której panuje różnorodność” (audiencja generalna, 9 października 2013 r.), a która – jak powiedział Ojciec Święty – jest odbiciem prawdziwej powszechności Kościoła. List apostolski Summorum Pontificum konflikty przeszłości przeobraża w harmonijną współpracę. Niechaj dzieje się tak jeszcze przez długi czas.
